This webinar will brought together pioneering leaders who helped establish the first Community Choice Aggregation programs across the United States to share their firsthand experiences from the movement's early days. These founding voices discussed challenges overcome, lessons learned, and their vision for how CCAs can continue accelerating renewable energy adoption and community empowerment in today's policy environment. The session also provided valuable perspectives for both established CCA programs and emerging markets considering implementation.

We also heard from Deepa Vedavyas (Director of Resiliency and Sustainability at NOPEC) as her new report "The 'Power' to Choose: From Monopoly to Collective Power", prepared for LEAN, provides a thorough overview of CCAs in the U.S.​​
